Additionally, she is a certified ACC (ICF) Coach focusing on Life, Relationship & Leadership Coaching, leveraging her extensive experience to guide individuals toward personal and professional fulfillment.

Currently serving as Director at Synapse India, she excels in designing and delivering high-quality Organization & Leadership Development initiatives. Her expertise in managing both strategic and operational HR processes, including Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning & Development, has consistently driven organizational growth and transformation. This includes Organization Transformation Projects including driving policy & process optimization in systems with a Global presence.
