Mr. Ashutosh Bhupatkar
Ashutosh has been a Management Academician with three decades of teaching, research and academic management behind him.  He has been conducting management development programmes for public, private and developmental sectors.  He has been studying and practicing Process Work facilitation in several settings over the last decade.  He writes and translates poetry.

Ms. Minaxi Mathur
Minaxi holds a Masters Degree from TISS. Her introdution and passion for Process work started with ISISD (Indian society for Individual and Social development) way back in 1992. She is a professional member of ISISD and currently the Chairperson and Executive Trustee of Aastha Foundation.She is a certified assessor of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Career span of over past 20 years is of an Organisation Development Consultant based in Mumbai . The aim of of the development work she is involved with is to help individuals, teams and organisations focus on hidden potential, energy and opportunities for growth. Her work entails assisting client systems diagnose and conceptualize training needs, develop training modules and deliver them. Loves travel, fashion designing and music.

Ms. Rema Kumar
Rema is the director Prakriya Green Wisdom School, Bengaluru is an educationist with over 15 years of experience in teaching in schools all over the country. She is an institutional member of Aastha and anchors the role of Director Administration. She has facilitated training programmes for corporate organisations as well as educational institutions. She has a passion and commitment to institution building processes, enabling individuals to tap into their potential and build learning communities. She holds a B A Honors Degree in Economics (Delhi University) and a B Ed
(Delhi University).

Ms. Farah Khan
Farah is an educationist with a HR qualification. Farah has spent more than a decade contributing to innovative ways of teaching-learning processes and in developing a curriculum that fosters wholistic learning.She has expertise in designing and conducting workshops and has anchored workshops for schools and corporate organisations. Currently she is the Head of CIE Centre ( Cambridge International Examination) at Prakriya Green Wisdom School. Farah has been keenly involved in understanding and working with issues of adolescence and enabling young adults to search for a direction for themselves.

Mr. Narpati Luthra
Narpati is Head Group HR, Kirloskar Group , Vice President and Member Governing Council, Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies Trustee Kirloskar Foundation and Mysore Kirloskar Education Trust.  Previously he was MD Kirloskar Consultants, CVP Management Services KOEL. He hold a B Tech (mechanical) IIT Delhi and  PGDBM IIM Ahmedabad. He was a Professional Member ISISD. His professional interests include HR, Strategic Planning and  Information Technology

Ms. Reva Malik
Reva is a trained Learning & Development professional. Reva gained her coaching and facilitation skills working in diverse contexts and working across age groups. She began her career as a Nutritionist and Dietitian in 1997, found her calling in education and shifted focus to children’s education. She is in charge of the primary section at Prakriya Green Wisdom School and is a process lab facilitator at Aastha. Reva’s latest interest is filmmaking. She has made two short documentary films and is keen on further exploring this new found form of expression.

Mr. Mohan Raja (MBM 1982)
Mohan has over 20 years experience in working with Organizations like General Electric (GE) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). A Finance professional by qualification and a Training professional by passion, Mr. Mohan Raja has worked in Sales, Distribution, Training & Development, Human Resources (Generalist), eHR and Leadership Development. Mr.Mohan Raja is a Professional Member of Indian Society for Individualand Social Development (ISISD) and is a certified assessor of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Ms. Preethi Raja
Preethi holds an MBA (1986) and has over 18 years of experience as an HR Professional. HR experience having worked with Consulting, Services, IT and ITES space. She is a professional Member of ISISD and also anchors the role of Director - Education and Review Committee at Aastha. She has been associated with Aastha since inception in 1996. She has worked with Hewitt Associates and Dell in her career.

Ms. Seetha Ananthasivan
Seetha has completed her Post Graduated from IIM Ahmedabad and worked in the World Wildlife Fund. She is a professional Member of ISISD and has consulted with mutilple Multi national and Indian organizations in her illustrious career. Worked with Plantation Company before she Co-founded Aastha Foundation and later Prakriya Green Wisdom School. She is currently the Founder Director of Bhoomi Network, an organization committed to sustainable living by creating consciousness and promoting eco friendly living processes.
